He and Greg Dougherty are going to Detroit next week to visit some relatives of his from Bathurst. Says he is getting 48 hour and 36 hour leaves every two weeks, might be able to see Roger. Says he is working on Rolls Royce Merlin Engines and that he's not allowed to say much about them. Says the material his uniform is made from is slippery and gets wrinkled fast. Says the material that his clothes were supposed to be made from went to the WAAFs for their uniforms.
