Dear Mother

I received your parcel Saturday the fudge was really good, it was not broken up a bit. I got my teeth Friday they are really a good pair the bottoms hurt me a little but the doctor said that I would get used to them. We will be through our training next week, and I expect my furlough the Tuesday after next. The war certainly looks good now – it should be over in Europe

before long. I seen in the paper tonight where quite a few boys from South and East Bathurst are back from overseas. Eavery time I write I can’t seem to write no more than two pages. Have you heard from Bunny lately
