Dear Mom:

Had a letter from you yesterday and another about two weeks ago. I don't know why you aren't getting more of my mail because I write you every week. Maybe it will arrive all at once like my mail does. I got back off another leave Sat. 9th. I went up to Inverness for two days and then came down to Edinburgh, Glasgow

and Aberdeen and London. The weather was terribly wet and cold all the time so I didn't have a very enjoyable leave. They only gave me seven days instead of the usual seven. Papa is looking fine. He is going to be moved again and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he was home in three of four months time from the way things are panning out up there. I had your Xmas card also

the ones from Bruno and Bobby. I received quite a shock when I cam back off leave because there were seven parcels and a parcel of cigs waiting for me. There were two from you, two from Frances and one of them a Xmas parcel, one from Eileen, one from Lucy, a box of gum and a City of Edmonton parcel and the cigs from you. Gosh but I've been eating like a

king ever since then. Oh yes I got a letter from Eileen too. I'm writing her as soon as I finish this letter. I also got a letter from Lucy two days ago. Mrs Fraser got a letter from you. you want to write her now and then because they are a wonderful family. They simply couldn't do enough for me when I was up there and they treat Papa the same way. I took all my clippings and

pictures up to Papa and he can take them home with him for he will be home before me. I was afraid I'd only lose them. I also gave him a piece of a robot bomb. I have several more pieces Im keeping for myself. We will be here fro Xmas but after that we'll be away. The weather is fairly nice here the past couple of days, but the nights are rather cold. KIeep sending the cigs now and then. Love to everyone. Bunny.
