Read the Letter

July 4, 1942

Dear Bee

recived the new air mail letter to day you mailed it on the 25 June I got it the 4 of July that was good the last letter I got was written June 6 No I never got the letter about Aunt Nancy My but I got a shock to day Poor Nancy she is gone I should have gone up to see them when I was home but to late now My she is better off but Alex will miss her did you get up in time I supose the French was thair and had evey thing picked over Say I got annas letter saying Henrick was home I coulden get any news from him at all

I am glad he is well. I may see him some day well it is nice to have Roger home for leave. I know Patty ann must be cute you must gett a snap taken with her. I sent you a bonnet a price and one for Patty ann. Hope yous have it by now. Will wright and tell all about Aunt Nancy the children shall miss her so will Alex Say I shall get you some lavander when it blooms I sent a little in the parcel. Oh I had no trobl opening the air mail letter it was O.K. Captin Allen is acting Magor now the boy like him good. So I will say good by for now
